Description
Dr Ibraheem Dooba is the Special Adviser to Niger State Governor on ICT and the former head of school at Esteem Learning Centre. He is a former chief press secretary to the Governor and ex-DG Special Projects (education). He sits on many school boards and has taught at all levels of education – from nursery to graduate school. He taught programming at the University of Technology Petronas. He’s currently HoD Business Studies and Director of the Center for ODFEL at APS.
